A leading UK boutique consulting firm is currently seeking consultants specializing in supply chain, manufacturing operations, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver on multi-million value projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with clients, providing exceptional client engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize lean six sigma methodologies to optimize operational processes and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate supply chain functions to clients and stakeholders, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Actively participate in global travel opportunities, supporting clients across various locations.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in manufacturing, such as automotive, engineering, or FMCG/food manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in lean six sigma methodologies, with a preference for candidates holding green/black belts (though not essential).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain functions and the ability to communicate them clearly and concisely.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record in project delivery, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally based on project requirements.
