An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Housing Team with the vacancy for an Assistant Relationship Manager.

The Assistant Relationship Manager’s role is to support the Relationship Manager in the effective management of the contract, taking full responsibility in their absence.

The Assistant Relationship Manager will also act as the interface between the Supply Partner and internal colleagues, ensuring continuity of supply of materials in order to complete Housing works (both planned and repairs) in a timely manner.

Focus will be on continuous improvement by ensuring processes and procedures are relevant, making sure value for money for the authority.

It will be important for the Assistant Relationship Manager to keep abreast of new legislation in relation to materials purchased.

Lead in the delivery of wider community benefits/social value.
