Head of IT Procurement - Public Sector Services - Global Professional Services Firm

Salary: £80-90,000 + package

Location: Remote (option to base yourself in North West England office)

This Global Leader in technological and professional services are continuing a rapid expansion of their worldwide operations and procurement function. With a presence in 30+ countries, their technological services have a truly Global presence, and they pride themselves on their unique and collaborative approach to major clients in the private and public sector. Now, due to rapid investments and continued success, they seek an experienced procurement manager to join one of their flagship partnerships in the UK and take the lead on the IT and Digital category.

In this role you will be managing a team of IT Procurement Professionals and be responsible for implementing new procurement category strategy across a £Multi-Million spend portfolio covering digital, software, infrastructure and other relevant categories. You will be responsible for overseeing the whole end to end procurement lifecycle, including working with the Global network of senior stakeholders.

After a recent transformation, the focus has shifted to obtaining commercial excellence, meaning they seek someone with new and innovative ideas and a fresh approach to procurement to really push the boundaries.

This is a permanent position where you can be based in a modern HQ in Manchester or work entirely remote. The salary on offer is up to £90,000 alongside an excellent package including a car allowance and bonus.
