This market leading boutique consulting firm, recently listed as a top 15 Consulting firm in UK by the Financial Times and recognised by the industry management consulting awards as a top 3 consulting firm in a number of categories, is looking to as part of a move to grow in wider supply chain markets, hire a number of consultants with specialisms in supply chain, manufacturing operations and operational excellence.

Having specialised in over 20 years within procurement and cost transformation, this is a planned move to build out a wider offering for their client base, approach into new sectors and continue to build a best-in-class consulting model. This firm operate in a number of key sectors including; manufacturing, aerospace and automotive. This role will sit within these key sectors, support accounts and key long standing clients, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move into consulting for the first time or make a move within consulting, looking to be involved in key client engagement and project work.

In this role you will deliver on multi-million value projects, lead key relationships and be given the opportunity to as part of your role travel the globe in support of these organisations.

In return this organisation is looking for the following experience -


  • A solid and proven background within manufacturing, whether that may be automotive, engineering or wider fmcg / food manufacturing
  • Experience of using lean six sigma methodologies - green / black belt is preferred however not essential
  • Able to understand supply chain functions and be able to communicate these functions to clients and stakeholders clearly quickly and effectively
  • Degree level education or equivalent
