Paperless process saves time, money and energy

Just three years ago, whenever anyone at Abud Dhabi’s Petroleum Institute University and Research Center (PI) requested a purchase order, put out a tender, managed an evaluation process or sealed a deal with a contract, it relied entirely on a manual process.

The result was a paper mountain made up of around a million sheets a year and an extremely inefficient method that was a drain on two highly valuable resources: time and money.
