With more than half (51%) of organisations struggling to recruit procurement talent, Scott Dance, director of Hays Procurement and Supply Chain, offered the following advice to delegates at the recent CIPS Passion for Procurement event.
1. Tell a story. “Often we see a generic job spec that could be any company,” said Dance. Be more inviting, explain why people should join your business and your team.
