Siemens will make Expo 2020 its global logistics HQ

Siemens is to set up a permanent global logistics headquarters at the site of Expo 2020 Dubai, deciding that the site’s facilities and location make it an ideal base.

The German company said it was locating some of its key business functions in the 4.38 sq km Dubai South site to capitalise on industrial and logistics developments in the emirate. It will act as global base for the company’s airports, cargo and ports logistics teams once the Expo ends in April 2021.
