Ghana airport expansion to ‘enhance regional integration’

A new terminal at Ghana’s only international airport is expected to boost the country’s economy by reducing the cost of doing business.

The terminal at Kotoka International will be able to handle 5m passengers annually and is expected to be complete by April next year. It has received $120m from the African Development Bank (AfDB).
