A Kuwaiti logistics company has agreed to pay $95m to settle a civil lawsuit over contracts it held with the US military between 2003 and 2010.
Agility, one of the Gulf’s largest logistics firms, was the biggest food supplier to the US Army during the war in Iraq but was accused of defrauding the military on food supply contracts.
