PepsiCo has opened an S$130m (US$93m) concentrate plant in Singapore that will manufacture and supply beverage concentrates to 20 Asia-Pacific markets.
The new facility will be PepsiCo’s 12th concentrate plant worldwide and will be the company’s first plant to serve a pan-Asian market—the company’s three other concentrate plants in Asia are located in Pakistan, India and China, manufacturing solely for their domestic markets.
