Supply chain ‘ineffective at addressing food loss’

Reducing food loss across the supply chain is vital to improving food security in the UAE, a report has said.

The country’s current approach has been “ineffective at addressing food loss at any point in the supply chain,” the report by Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government.
