The government of Bangladesh is being pressured to halt legal action against a group set up to protect workers’ rights in the wake of the Rana Plaza factory disaster.
The Accord on Fire and Building Safety, signed by more than 180 apparel firms including Inditex, Arcadia Group and Primark, monitors more than 1,600 factories and 2m workers.
