Supplier diversity unlocking capabilities at Cummins

The government’s Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act has helped Cummins improve its supplier diversity in South Africa.

Brendan Raju, purchasing leader for Africa at Cummins, said the engineering firm has started to unlock new capabilities from its diverse suppliers through compliance with the act.
