Melbourne will invest over $19m in green infrastructure projects to make the city “more sustainable and resilient”.
The City of Melbourne Council announced the investment as part of its 2019-20 draft budget and the funding will be used on a range of infrastructure projects including cladding buildings in vegetation, green roofs, renewable energy and water conservation.
