An accusation by Namibia’s Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) that the Central Procurement Board of Namibia (CPBN) lacked transparency has caused waves within the country’s government.
In its latest Procurement Tracker, a newsletter which focuses on Namibian procurement issues, the IPPR accused the procurement board of not making information on public procurement activities available to the public.
