Dubai Police to use 2,000 AI-enabled cars

Dubai Police plan to use 2,000 artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled cars to improve efficiency and productivity.

The force’s ‘Smart Patrol’ cars, unveiled at GITEX Technology Week 2019 at the Dubai World Trade Center, include vehicle plate recognition, fingerprint recognition, electronic tracking devices, a road monitoring system, driver recognition, and a smart screen.
