South Africa’s watchdog has found South African Airways (SAA) and its subsidiary AirChiefs broke the law in the award of a contract to supply in-flight crackers.
In a report the Public Protector said catering company AirChefs and SAA acted improperly during a tender to supply “dry snacks”.
