Coronavirus: Australia could take 10 years to recover

The Australian government has announced a $17.6bn stimulus package to help the see country’s economy through the effects of the coronavirus outbreak.

Prime minister Scott Morrison said the package would support business investment, provide cash flow assistance to help SMEs stay in business, and give targeted support for severely affected sectors, regions and communities. It will also include household stimulus payments.
