Singapore is set to introduce a new law that will protect companies who are unable to fulfil contractual obligations because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The country’s Ministry of Law (MinLaw) is planning to introduce the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) Bill, which will offer temporary relief to businesses and individuals.
