Nissan signs up to 'new kind of cooperation'

Nissan Motor Co has become one of the latest companies to join an open access declaration to facilitate the use of proprietary technology to fight Covid-19.

As part of the declaration, Nissan has said it will not seek compensation or launch patent or intellectual property claims against organisations using its technology to prevent the spread of the virus.
