Australia’s competition watchdog has launched legal action against overhead crane company NQCranes for alleged cartel behaviour.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) said NQCranes effectively created a cartel by agreeing with a competitor in August 2016 to split the market and not target each other’s customers.
