Alibaba has pledged to lower service charges for vendors and invest in new technology to support them after regulators fined it $2.8m in a landmark antitrust case.
The tech giant said it accepted the record penalty imposed by China’s anti-monopoly regulator, which found the company had abused its dominant market position.
