Contracts worth $244m channelled to Dubai SMEs

Contracts worth AED896m ($244m) from 61 public authorities and other bodies were channelled to SMEs in Dubai in 2020, according to official figures.

The contracts were distributed as part of Dubai’s Government Procurement Programme (GPP), designed to sustain growth in spite of Covid-19.
