Seaweed supply chain 'held back by red tape'

New Zealand could develop a booming seaweed industry if it can remove red tape and help develop the seaweed supply chain, a report has found.

The Sustainable Seas National Science Challenge report said global seaweed production had tripled over the past  20 years and now made up a third of all aquatic farming.
