IT initiative cuts project cost 'blowouts'

New South Wales has had “no significant cost blowouts” on large ICT and digital projects in the last three years due to a new assessment process.

Since the ICT Assurance Framework was introduced in 2017, typical cost overruns have become 93% smaller, the government claimed in a blog.
