Project undervaluation biggest concern in UAE construction

Undervaluation of work in progress is the biggest challenge facing the UAE construction sector, according to research.

A poll by the British Business Group (BBG) found 67% of respondents agreed works needed to be valued more accurately and on a more realistic basis for the health of the industry. This was considered a bigger challenge for the sector than delayed payment.
