Just Group hits back over 'unethical' payments attack

Australian fashion retailer Just Group has complained to ministers after the small business ombudsman described the company as “unethical” for seeking to delay payments to suppliers by as much as six months.

Just Group CEO Mark McInnes wrote to then federal minister for small and family business, skills and vocational education Michaelia Cash and the assistant treasurer, Michael Sukkar, to complain about Kate Carnell, the small business ombudsman at the time.
