Australia has scrapped isolation requirements for close contacts of Covid cases who are employed in critical supply chain roles amid workforce shortages and empty grocery shelves.
Prime minister Scott Morrison said the requirements would apply to those working in “critical supply chains” but not customer-facing roles.
