Gen Z lags behind as pressure for sustainability grows

African organisations are likely to face increased consumer pressures to increase sustainability efforts, with millennials leading the push, research has found.

A study by data provider Kasi Insight said there was a growing awareness of sustainability among consumers, driven by millennials.
