Fruit supplier considers legal action against CEO over suspect settlements

A Singapore-based supplier of durians – a prized and notoriously foul-smelling fruit – is threatening to take legal action against its former CEO for the way he resolved a dispute with buyers.

NutryFarm International said it planned to hold Cheng Meng personally responsible for two settlement agreements made with buyers that it said had not been necessary according to the terms of the contracts.
