Watchdog accuses warehouse operators of price fixing

Singapore’s consumer watchdog is taking legal action against four warehouses it accuses of having fixed prices at the Keppel Distripark logistics complex for more than two years.

Four operators – CNL Logistic Solutions, Gilmon Transportation & Warehousing, Penanshin (PSA KD) and Mac-Nels (KD) Terminal – have each been issued a proposed infringement Decision (PID) by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS).
