Stakeholders, Spikes in Prices, and Statements of Work – Three Online Workshops for Any Procurement Professional

CIPS Americas is offering three intense, half-day online workshops the last week in October to help procurement professionals manage the challenges of the post-COVID “new normal.” Each interactive session will cover one of the new challenges of the current supply management environment:

  • Engaging stakeholders
  • Managing cost pressure
  • Developing effective statements of work

“The pressures on procurement professionals right now are unprecedented,” said Bill Michels, vice president of operations for CIPS Americas. “We felt it was important to address potential skills gaps in areas that are critical to success in this business environment.”
