Easton House

    Volunteer Member Development Manager

    Hours: 35 per week 

    Salary: £39,089 - £46,418 pa
    Location: Easton on the Hill

    Job Summary: 

    CIPS has over 600 members who volunteer with CIPS. This role is a CIPS volunteer and membership champion, accountable for the CIPS global volunteer strategy, operation plan and delivery.

    Responsible for managing the development, dissemination and infrastructure of volunteer policies, guidance and communications and operational activity of the CIPS global volunteer community and groups – including Branches, Branch Group Networks, CIPS Congress, Fellows and a variety of member community networks to promote and support membership of CIPS and drive the CIPS acquisition and retention strategy, improve membership value proposition and increase professional awareness.

    Responsible for the membership volunteer community strategy development and delivery with the Group Head of Membership. Accountable for its implementation and overall communications and engagement with CIPS volunteer communities (members who volunteer) and global regional offices.

    Head of Public Sector Engagement

    Hours: 35 per week 

    Salary: £53,542 - £63,582 pa
    Location: London / Home Based

    Job Summary: 

    Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the CIPS strategy for public sector engagement in the UK.

    Responsible and accountable for delivering advisory services with national/regional Government and associated bodies, including donor funding bodies, which positively position CIPS as a trusted partner leading to growth in CIPS Education and Membership and the development of long term capability and capacity building programmes.
