    University Partnerships Manager

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: £39,089 - £46,418 pa 
    Location: Easton on the Hill

    Job Summary:
    The overall job purpose is to lead the growth and development of the CIPS UK, Regional and RoW university partnerships. The job holder will lead and develop university partnership relationships including the development of accredited degree programmes, the development of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programme that will develop the recognition of CIPS across a wider range of university courses and developing the procurement SME capability needed to undertake university programme development and assessment to drive forward the global aspirations of CIPS. The role includes the delivery of all aspects of the value proposition for university partnerships while working closely with CIPS Membership and Marketing teams, developing and leading new initiatives such as the proposed annual student symposium, undertaking the assessment of accredited degrees to ensure all elements of the degree programme meet with CIPS criteria and making recommendations to the accreditations panel. The role will lead on the development of policy, recording keeping, communications and the  associated budgets for University partnerships along with driving innovations within this market for CIPS.

    Awarding Co-ordinator - Operations (Fixed Term)

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: £21,939 to £26,052 pa 
    Location: Easton on the Hill 

    Fixed Term:  6 months
    Role Start Date:  20 September 2021

    Job Summary:
    Responsible for ensuring the success of the assessment processes from set up and planning of each assessment series and ad hoc assessments including Corporate Award from end to end in a structured project programme. This activity involves receipt of applications, student communications and advice, plus liaison and monitoring with outsourced suppliers and key CIPS teams to ensure that operational targets are met and complied with, within the regulatory framework.

    Interim Awarding Manager - Professional Licensing

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: £39,089 - £46,418 pa 
    Location: Easton on the Hill 

    Fixed Term - up to 12 months 

    Job Summary: 

    The Interim Awarding Manager is accountable for the design, planning and implementation of information-centred policies, incentives, controls and processes in ensuring the successful delivery of CIPS Professional, Educational standards across a variety of specialist areas of the business. 

    The role calls for performance and risk management and high levels of interpersonal skills.  The incumbent must be able to motivate and influence others to achieve cost-effective results across CIPS UK and International departments and offices.  They are expected to analyse and assess problems and identify and be accountable for alternate solutions and approaches as the situation dictates as they contribute to overall organisational efficiency and success.   Accountable to the Group Director, the Professional Licensing Manager must ensure the provision of service excellence for associated application, assessment and award processes through collaborative working with internal external stakeholders and the application of effective team and budgetary management skills.

    Manage the Apprenticeship delivery team to deliver the apprenticeship programmes that CIPS runs.
