    Group Head of Awarding

    Hours:  35 per week
    Salary:  £54,988 to £65,299 pa

    Job Summary:

    Responsible and accountable for developing, enhancing and managing the performance, governance, standards and independence of the CIPS Awarding Body, ensuring quality, consistency and fair policies, with full and continuous legislative and regulatory compliance globally.  Provide expert guidance and advice to all stakeholders across the CIPS Group on matters relating to educational regulation. As a member of the Professional Development Leadership Team, the Head of Awarding contributes to the ongoing formulation and implementation of professional development business strategy, processes and policies. The role will also be responsible for operational management and leadership, engaging with and empowering the CIPS Awarding Body team and various suppliers to deliver.
