CIPS SA joins hands with the ACFE

The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS Africa) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Association for Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) (South African Chapter), to further professionalise the Procurement and Supply Chain profession.

The ACFE is the world’s largest anti-fraud organisation and premier provider of anti-fraud training and education.  The ACFE SA is a chapter of the ACFE tasked to service the South African members by providing training, ensuring that the international professional standards are met and providing a network platform for forensic practitioners.

CIPS Africa and ACFE SA will cooperate with each other to advance their efforts to combat fraud and to raise awareness through anti-fraud events and training.

CIPS members will henceforth receive ACFE member discounts on all ACFE training and conferences.
