CIPS work with the United Nations continues

CIPS 31 August 2010

New Memorandum of Understanding signed with UNIDO

A new agreement signed between CIPS and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) means more business for small and medium-sized companies in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Partnering with UNIDO on the subcontracting and Partnership Exchange (SPX) programme, CIPS will develop capacity and build skills amongst supplier organisations so they can meet buyer requirements in the region.

CIPS will design and implement joint training programmes for buyers and suppliers, and help increase efficiency and transparency in supply chains.
