The Public Investment Fund (PIF) receives award from CIPS MENA for excellence in procurement and supply policies, strategies, procedures and processes.

The PIF’s Contracts and Procurement Department was recognized for achieving excellence in its policies, strategies and procedures and processes in procurement and supply chain operations and the award is a global recognition of these efforts.

The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in MENA (CIPS MENA) has awarded the Public Investment Fund (PIF), a Procurement Excellence Programme (PEP) award at Standard level for recognised levels of leadership and organisation, strategy and policy, people, processes and systems and performance management.

The PEP is a globally-recognised award presented to organisations who demonstrate excellence in their procurement and supply chain activities. The award drives regular improvements, building a competitive edge and highlighting procurement’s role as a fundamental part of an organisation’s business and strategy.

The PIF’s Contracts and Procurement Department was recognized for achieving excellence in its policies, strategies and procedures and processes in procurement and supply chain operations and the award is a global recognition of these efforts.

Malcolm Harrison, Group CEO of CIPS presented the award to PIF and said, “Attaining procurement excellence at standard level is a strong statement about the commitment PIF have shown in their procurement transformation programme and linking their activities to wider organisational goals.

“CIPS will continue to support PIF’s ongoing drive for procurement excellence and ,as well as offering my congratulations on this award, I wish them all success in their ambition to establish one of the leading procurement teams in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
